First of all we note down the items we need to prepare Gulab Jamun

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1/4 cup milk

500 gms. khoya

Steps to make Gulab Jamun - Indian Recipe- Indian Sweet and Yummy Dessert

Now we have to read the method of preparing Gulab Jamun process to cook - healthy dessert

First of all take the khoya and crumble it. Sieve in the flour and soda together. After doing all this mix in the cardomom powder and crushed saffron. for a minute. Now to bring it in form of a soft dough mix it well and use some milk for kneading.

After doing this make small balls of same size  at least 20. Now its time to fry these balls. Take some ghee and heat it well . Now take off fire and cool a little and put some balls in it. .When they rise up put back on fire and fry till medium brown. .Remove from ghee and put in the syrup. Soak for 10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a glass bowl. .Now when all balls get fried  pour the remaining syrup over the jamoons and microwave lightly or warn over boiling water before serving.

To prepare Gulab Jamun syrup take the sugar in a heavy pan and add water to just cover the sugar and boil it with a table spoon. of milk to separate the dirt. Strain and boil it again . The syrup is done when , while dropping from a spoon it falls in a thin single thread.
